“I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”

John 14: 6

12 “Look, I AM coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. 13 I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

My Redeemer Lives

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell His disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” He said. They came to Him, clasped His feet and worshiped Him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see Me.”

Matthew 28:8-10

My Redeemer Lives! He has overcome the grave and has restored us to the condition that God first brought us into the world to be! How wonderful it is to believe! Because of Jesus, we do not have to fear death, for when we know Him as our Savior death holds no fear over us. For we know that when we die here we will go home to heaven. When my Aunt Rene had died I recalled one time when we were talking on the phone and we were discussing dying, she told me that she couldn’t wait to go home and dance with Jesus. So when she passed from this world, a joyous feeling came over me and in my soul I could see her dancing with Jesus! And I can’t wait until I am able to dance with JESUS.

It is well in my soul because of my faith I know that God is real and that Jesus is the only way to God. This day we celebrate His resurrection from the dead, His overcoming of the situation that we got ourselves into, sin. Each scourge that He endured was for each of our sins. Each nail surrounded those sins and in His death, our sin was removed. We cannot take our sin away, but Jesus did on the cross. How can we continue to sin knowing that He did this? What prevents us from changing and stopping the sins we seem to continue to do?

Jesus said: “For many are invited, but few are chosen” (Matthew 22:14).

We are invited to the wedding banquet of the Lamb. “Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood” (Revelation 22:14-15). Because of our faith, we have washed our robes in the blood of the Lamb and are now whiter than snow. His blood cleanses us from our past and now we live our lives surrendered to His will. We accepted His invitation for Salvation. We accepted His will for our lives. How wonderful it is to live a life committed to God and because of His standards: His way, His truth and His life, we are able to come before God when we die in this life and go on to eat from the tree of life for eternity!

Today is the day that we celebrate Jesus rising from the dead. Feel it deep within your souls. Live it daily in your lives. Know God’s love deep within your hearts. It is well with my soul.  This is our goal, our reward and our Salvation. This is what we live in faith for. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life!” (John 3:16)

HE IS ALIVE!  HE IS ALIVE! And I am forgiven! Let us run and tell our brothers and sisters the GOOD NEWS!

Thank You Father for Jesus.
